Tasting notes:
Nose: Creamy butterscotch and caramel notes in the beginning, with the development of notes of rye bread and tea leaf.
Palate: A familiar oiliness and smokiness is introduced on the palate, with notes of Iberico ham and brandy snaps.
A gentle finish, there are notes of lemon sherbet, honeycomb and mint, with peat smoke carrying through to the finish.
