A Tobermory peated single malt, bottled by South African based independent bottler, Single & Single. Distilled in 2005, matured in an ex-American oak cask and then finished for 18 months in a sherry cask, and bottled in 2019. Only 640 700ml bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, natural colour.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Floral, mint, earthy and farmyard, dusty dunnage warehouse, caramel, red berries, wilsons boiled red sweets.
Palate: again followed by wilsons boiled red sweets, intense peat smoke, prickly spices, citrus..
Finish: Spice, peated barley and dark dried fruit. What a stunning dram!
