Through the distilling choices we make, our expressions always deliver fruit, sweet honey and soft smoke. It’s a style that’s served us well, shaped by our history and is identifiable in every sip of our whiskies.
Original maturation in 1st fill bourbon barrels and refill American oak casks. Finished in 1st fill heavily recharred American oak barrels, flamed from our cooperage for 9-10 months.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Toffee, apple, fudge, vanilla, cinnamon.
Palate: Silky mouthfeel, orange, peach, marmalade,
coffee, melted brown sugar, roasted marshmallow, medium to long dry finish with dark chocolate and soft smoke.
