Type: Scotch Single Malt

Following a finishing period in casks that previously held peated whisky, this is a particular smoky and intense dram.
Nose: Caramel apple, a whiff of bonfire smoke followed by creamy vanilla.
Palate: Burnt sugar and fried banana, alongside a touch of brine, lingering thyme honey and earthy malt.
