Tasting notes:
Nose: Salted caramel brownie, flamed orange peel, a hearty whack of sea-weed. bacon kipps.
Palate: Oaky smoke and salty sea air, paired with sweeter notes of Custard Cream biscuits, vanilla and toffee.
Finish: Ginger snaps, drying peat smokiness.
