Non chill filtered and natural colour, 15% of the malt has been peated to 55ppm and then matured in a combination of ex sherry,ex bourbon and virgin oak casks.

Tasting notes:
The Dark Silkie is super soft with hints of apple, pipe tobacco and a salted-caramel sweetness. It develops to dark chocolate, liquorice and oak, wrapped in a warming dry, peat-smoke blanket.
