Tasting notes:
Nose: Hints of raisins, Christmas fruit cake, shortbread, burnt caramel, white pepper and alluring smoke.
Palate: Spicy nuttiness, medium peat and tropical fruit. A long and lingering finish of spicy nuttiness leads to an inviting rum and raisin ending.
