Waterford distillery is marrying 25 of its unique single farm origin whiskys from various terroirs in Southern Ireland into a multilayered indepth taste experience. Cask Composition: 46% First Fill U.S.. 22% Virgin U.S., 15% Premium French, 17% Vin Doux Naturel.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Barley all the way, strong, creamy cereal note. It’s malty with floral honey, gingerbread and fresh apple. Just deliciously fresh.
Palate: Super creamy. It’s all about feeling that texture in the mouth. Then there’s cloves, cinnamon and custard, with peach and apple. Beautifully balanced, it’s that cereal note going on and on and on.
