Tasting notes:
Nose: Green apple and pear, honeycomb and vanilla. Then coconut, candied orange and a hint of almonds.
Palate: Vibrant and fresh, apples, pear drop sweets. Vanilla, brown sugar, then a woody spiciness, along with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish: Initially fruity and sweet, then dry, woody and spicy with dried coconut and cinnamon.
