Tasting notes:
Nose: Floral, orange, toffee, Sherry and spice notes. Water releases more cooked fruits and a suggestion of linseed.
Palate: Initially citric along with classic Irish oiliness, more profound notes of Sherry develop, along with fudge, vanilla and spice.
Finish: Long, warming and spicy, remaining oily to the very end.
