Nose: Toffee apple in a smoker. Pear compote, laced with zesty youth & a sweet briny sauce.
Palate: Sweet ‘n spicy – the vanilla coated barley delivering initially, then lemon sherbet, followed by grilled green pears, cracked black pepper, charred oak and light peat embers on the finish.
