Distilled at the Midleton site from malted and unmalted barley, it’s then matured in a combination of American oak bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Vanilla & blackcurrant dominate, then a perfume note of white talc & sweet ginger.
Palate: Viscous and spicy, the vanilla is light but the ginger spice dominates with dark chocolate, red berries and and a hint of liquorice on the finish.
